Return Policy
Overview
Legit CBD accepts returns of all products within 30 days of delivery. Our customers are extremely important to us and their satisfaction is our number one priority.
Damaged item claims must be made within 72 hours by contacting us at info@legitcbd.co and we’ll take care of the issue immediately. Please include specific details and photos of product damage in the email sent.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for postage.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. Before you ship product(s) back, make sure to emails us at info@legitcbd.co to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, you must include:
- A copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or:
- Your Name, Address, and Phone Number.
- Reason for return and RMA number.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
We try very hard to have sufficient stock of all the products we offer and have that stock status accurately displayed on our website. But we do run out from time to time. In these situations, you’ll be notified by our staff immediately and presented with an ETA or other product options.
